LBH Electrical Service Plan

• Full Annual Electrical Checks- This includes RCDs, consumer unit inspections, fire alarms, main earth testing, ZS circuit testing, and an overall assessment.

• Full Electrical Installation Condition Report- This report can be issued in the event of a sale or insurance claim. It is available only after three years of membership or an additional charge will apply.*
• Unlimited Access to Certificates-In the event that you lose or misplace your certificate, we can resend it to you if required.
• Fire Alarm Testing- We utilize a smoke alarm testing spray to ensure that alarms function correctly in the event of a fault, providing peace of mind.
• Priority of Works- As a member of our annual service plan, any required works will be prioritized over non-members.
• Assistance in the Event of a Fault- Many faults and issues can be diagnosed or fixed through a simple telephone call to reduce emergency call out fee.
• Reduced Emergency Call Out Fees for Members- Many faults and issues can be diagnosed or fixed through a simple telephone call to stop expensive call out charges.
• Property Management- We can arrange access and visits directly with tenants if required.
